A culinary variety show born for a global fandom

CJ ENM's 'Mnet Plus' is introducing a new original series designed to captivate the global K-pop fandom's eyes and taste buds. Debuting on the 6th of next month, 'Idols Table' goes beyond a simple mukbang to offer an in-depth talk show exploring K-pop artists' private culinary preferences.

The show's biggest draw is its host lineup. Webtoon artist 'Kim Poong', renowned for his extensive knowledge of cooking and inventive recipes, will co-host alongside comedian 'Lee Eun-ji', who has won over audiences with her signature warmth and quick wit. The two will prepare 'K-food' recipes proposed directly by the artists, bringing out a candid side of the stars that fans have never seen onstage.

The release strategy is also designed to make the most of the platform's strengths. 'Idols Table' will be released early worldwide through the 'Mnet Plus' app every Tuesday at 8 p.m., followed the next day, Wednesday at 8 p.m., by a broadcast on the 'Mnet' TV channel. The digital-first strategy is intended to improve accessibility for viewers while capturing buzz ahead of the television broadcast.
