Baek’s “Beautiful Singer-Songwriter Series”: Bulnabang Star Sausage Club and Bek Hyun-jin to Perform Solo Shows in December

A return to a singular musical world, with standout live shows to light up intimate venues at year’s end

The Bulnabang Star Sausage Club, known for its distinctive musical world, and multidisciplinary artist Bek Hyun-jin will heat up intimate venues this year-end. Concert promoter Private Curve officially announced on the 21st the main acts for this year’s Beautiful Singer-Songwriter Series, taking place this December at Sejong S Theater.

The series is a signature year-end concert program featuring acclaimed singer-songwriters spanning generations and genres, performing solo shows up close with audiences. Last year, musicians with a range of styles, including Jo Won-sun, Stella Jang, wave to earth and Youra, took part and won praise from critics and audiences. This year’s lineup, which combines musical depth with broad appeal, is once again drawing attention from across the concert industry.

First up, the Bulnabang Star Sausage Club will meet audiences on Dec. 23 with a show titled “Come on Over to the Monster Farm.” With its signature witty lyrics and alternative sound spanning Latin and folk, the band has built a devoted following. It is expected to unleash its inimitable energy at this solo concert as well.

Actor, visual artist and distinctive vocalist Bek Hyun-jin will follow with shows on Dec. 26 and 27, titled “Health!”—a direct yet powerful title. Known for a murmured vocal style and philosophical messages that resonate deeply, he is generating anticipation over what kind of commanding performance he will deliver in the intimate setting of a small theater.

The organizers said they plan to announce additional acts with a range of appeal one by one, in addition to the two already revealed. Ticketing dates and further details will be available through official channels at a later date.
