Singer Park Bom has revealed that she has filed fraud and embezzlement charges against Yang Hyun-suk, the general producer of YG Entertainment, shocking the entertainment industry. It is reported that even Park Bom's agency did not anticipate this situation.
On the afternoon of the 22nd, Park Bom shared a photo of the complaint on her Instagram, appealing, "Citizens, please investigate what YG Entertainment has done to Park Bom as it is." The disclosed complaint lists Park Bom as the complainant and Yang Hyun-suk as the defendant, with the charges being fraud and embezzlement.
In the purpose of the complaint, Park Bom stated, "The defendant has not paid the profits that should have been rightfully paid to the complainant for a long time," and expressed her desire for a thorough investigation and legal punishment regarding this matter. She also claimed, "The defendant has not justly compensated for all activities in which the complainant participated, including music releases, performances, broadcasts, advertisements, events, songwriting, and composing."
The complaint states, "Due to the defendant's actions, the complainant has suffered serious economic losses and mental distress, which clearly constitutes fraud and embezzlement charges." The date of the complaint is noted as the 19th.

However, the unsettled amount presented by Park Bom is noted as '64272e Trillion Won', which has become a topic of controversy. This is not a standard amount notation, raising questions about the authenticity of the complaint.
A representative from Park Bom's agency, Dination Entertainment, stated during an interview with Sports Kyung Hyang on the 22nd, "We cannot control Park Bom either," and added, "We are currently verifying the contents of the complaint against Yang Hyun-suk." It seems that the agency also did not anticipate Park Bom's unexpected actions.
Since the reunion of 2NE1, Park Bom has been continuing a world tour with group members starting from Seoul in July. However, she is currently on a break from activities due to mental health issues.
Dination Entertainment officially stated in August, "Park Bom will not be able to participate in future 2NE1 schedules," and explained, "After receiving the opinion from medical professionals that she needs sufficient rest and stability, we had to make this decision after deep discussions."
Park Bom was active as a member of 2NE1 under YG Entertainment from 2009 to 2016. 2NE1 reunited last year after 15 years, attracting attention, but Park Bom's health issues have caused disruptions in the tour schedule.
