The honest story of the band The Rose, which captivated the world, is coming to the screen.
On the 2nd, distributor CJ 4DPLEX announced that the documentary film 〈The Rose: Come Back to Me〉 will be exclusively released at CGV and globally on February 14, 2026.
The main poster released along with the announcement shows the members of the band 'The Rose' - Kim Woo-sung, Park Do-joon, Lee Ha-joon, and Lee Tae-kyung - over a film image. The main trailer, which was also released, introduces the band 'The Rose', which has a unique history of challenging the world stage after street busking in Hongdae and K-POP training, writing their own success myth through their own efforts.
This film captures The Rose's dramatic journey from their debut in 2017, starting with busking in Hongdae to standing on the dream stage of artists, 'Coachella'. It does not simply reflect success but also portrays the hiatus during which they had to leave their fans due to an unavoidable crisis, conflicts among members, and the process of healing through music and becoming one again. Directed by Eugene Yi, whose film was officially invited to the Sundance Film Festival, 〈The Rose: Come Back to Me〉 has received critical acclaim. Additionally, the film 〈The Rose: Come Back to Me〉 won third place in the Documentary Audience Award at the Tribeca Film Festival last June.
〈The Rose: Come Back to Me〉 is scheduled for exclusive release in Korea at CGV on February 14, 2026, and will also be released simultaneously in theaters worldwide.
