The announcement of the tremendous character that will shake the world of gods and monsters beyond the human world, 〈Nezha 2〉, has confirmed its release in February along with a powerful voice cast and teaser poster. 〈Nezha 2〉 is a Chinese animation that has achieved the title of the highest-grossing animation of all time with a worldwide box office revenue of $2.2 billion, and it will finally allow audiences to confirm the reality of the rumors. 〈Nezha 2〉 tells the story of Nezha, who is called a troublemaker because he was born a little differently, featuring humor, laughter, action, and emotion all in one animation. The film is a mammoth blockbuster born from a production cost of $80 million, a production period of 5 years, and collaboration with over 4,000 staff and 138 animation studios. The special effects sequences, which took 3 years just for rendering, provide a refreshing sense of action while not missing out on humor and emotion, making it likely to be loved by audiences of all ages, not just family viewers. Its structure, which is not heavily connected to the previous installment, is also an advantage, allowing viewers to enjoy the animation without feeling burdened when visiting theaters. The teaser poster released alongside shows various poses of monsters trembling in fear before Nezha, capturing attention. Additionally, Nezha's mischievous smile, which doesn't seem entirely innocent, raises curiosity about what will happen next.

Meanwhile, the Korean release boasts a powerful voice cast. The protagonist Nezha is played by Jung Ji-so. Jung Ji-so has recently gained more attention by winning the Best Actress Award in the Mini-Series category at the KBS Acting Awards for [The Suspicious Girl], and she is expected to deliver a fun performance with a 200% sync rate, even though the character Nezha is a male child character. The king of the immortal realm, the Infinite Immortal, will be played by Son Hyun-joo, who is expected to present a unique charm of a crazy acting master, while Ko Gyu-pil will upgrade the comedy in the role of Nezha's master, enhancing the film's fun. Additionally, Jo Byeong-kyu, Lee Pil-mo, Jin Hee-kyung, Han Jae-seok, Jang Won-young, Ham Eun-jung, Kang Gi-dong, and Jung Taek-hyun are also set to participate, and Bel from Kiss of Life will join as a scene-stealer. With such effort put into the dubbing, 〈Nezha 2〉 is expected to hit theaters in February 2026 as the best animation, and it will continue to appeal its charm through large-scale previews until its release. 〈Nezha 2〉 will be available in theaters this coming February, featuring a slightly different and special child.
