The meta-comedy 〈Method Acting〉 where actor Lee Dong-hwi plays the character 'Lee Dong-hwi' is set to be released on March 18, and it has unveiled its second trailer and press stills. 〈Method Acting〉 is a story about the 'funny actor' Lee Dong-hwi, who rose to fame through comedy but immerses himself in his role to be recognized for his genuine acting.

The released trailer begins with various appearances of 'Lee Dong-hwi', who is thirsty for a transformation in acting. Amid concerns like, "Can Lee Dong-hwi honestly do serious acting?", he finally gets to appear in a traditional historical drama. He declares a fasting period to challenge method acting, but the filming site is chaotic with unexpected actions from his brother 'Lee Dong-tae' (Yoon Kyung-ho), who steps in as his manager, and a power struggle with 'Jung Tae-min' (Kang Chan-hee), a former junior who became a top star. As 'Lee Dong-hwi' struggles to do it 'properly', his earnestness is shown in a serious back view as he says, "Whether it's method acting or whatever, I'm really going to do it," raising curiosity about whether he can succeed in his life-changing performance.
