
Actor Lee Dong-hwi has released genre 3 types of posters capturing his extreme transformation in the immersive meta-comedy 〈Method Acting〉. 〈Method Acting〉 tells the story of ‘funny actor’ Lee Dong-hwi, who rose to fame through comedy but doesn’t want to do comedy, immersing himself in his roles to be recognized for his genuine acting.

The newly released posters capture the diverse aspects of actor Lee Dong-hwi, grabbing attention. First, in the ‘comedy’ poster, Lee Dong-hwi transforms into the alien ‘Alien’ with pointy ears and skin as pale as a blank sheet of paper, stimulating laughter with his bizarre visuals and pitiful expressions. Second, in the ‘historical drama’ poster, he appears as a king in a red royal robe, exuding a fierce madness with his disheveled hair and roaring demeanor, overwhelming the viewer's gaze. Lastly, in the ‘noir’ poster, Lee Dong-hwi is depicted deep in thought in the darkness, radiating a heavy charisma and leaving a strong impression. Additionally, the ironic copy that contrasts with the intense will of ‘Lee Dong-hwi’ in the film, who wants to show various faces and genuine acting, “Dong-hwi, let’s just do what we’re good at,” adds to the fun while hinting at the tough future of the funny actor ‘Lee Dong-hwi’ who no longer wants to do comedy, increasing curiosity.
