A special teacher-student chemistry that seeks possibilities instead of answers… Based on the original work by writer Park Soo-hyun

The film 〈Eighteen Youth〉 is an adaptation of writer Park Soo-hyun's original work [Eighteen Your Presence], which captures the honest voices of teenagers. It depicts the process of a cool teacher 'Hee-joo' (played by Jeon So-min) with a unique educational philosophy and an 18-year-old high school student 'Soon-jeong' (played by Kim Do-yeon), who finds their homeroom class bothersome, as they discover each other's presence.
Soon-jeong, who has an absurd plan to go to Africa after graduation, and Hee-joo, who first discovers the potential of her students, collide in the classroom, creating episodes that promise both delightful laughter and touching emotions.

Kim Do-yeon transforms into the eighteen-year-old girl Soon-jeong, who dreams of escaping reality for a new world, representing the honest emotions of youth. Additionally, Chu So-jung joins as the model student Kyung-hee, who adheres to grades and norms, completing the multifaceted aspects of youth living with different concerns. “Teachers are just teachers too”… The tension and resonance in the trailer
The released main trailer begins with the first meeting between the free-spirited Hee-joo and the cynical Soon-jeong. The tagline “An awkward youth meets an unusual adult” hints at their special chemistry, but Soon-jeong's cold words, “Teachers are just teachers too,” and the scene of a broken window follow, stirring curiosity about the conflicts that will arise between them.
The 10 press stills released alongside capture various moments that evoke nostalgia for school days, such as a sports day under warm sunlight and a beach trip. The serious expressions of the actors facing each other raise expectations for the deep emotional texture the film will convey.
