Park Hyung-Sik × Park Gyu-Young’s “Tight Alliance”: From a Military Breakdown to an Office Romance… Script Reading Revealed

The romance “Tight Alliance,” in which a painful military relationship turns into a workplace bond, has revealed the script reading scene and confirmed its production.

Netflix Original Series “Tight Alliance” is a drama about what happens when “Uami,” a venomous former military superior, joins the company as a new employee in front of “Na Jeong-seok,” the flawless CEO of a camping/outdoor brand—starring Park Hyung-Sik and Park Gyu-Young in their first collaboration. On April 6, Netflix unveiled the moment Park Hyung-Sik and Park Gyu-Young took part in the script reading, adding momentum to production of the project.

Along with the two leads, writer Kim Ha-na, who wrote “My Heart Is Racing” and “Heart-Fluttering Romance,” and director Nam Sung-woo, who directed “Don’t Lie, It’s Useless” and “Living Together When We’re Falling Apart,” are joining. With the past superior becoming the present subordinate, and the past subordinate becoming the present boss, the four-person synergy is building anticipation for the romantic comedy that will capture the thrilling story of the two as they reunite after all that time.
