Jonathan Majors was injured in a fall accident while filming his comeback project.
〈Creed 3〉, Jonathan Majors—who rose to popularity thanks to Marvel Cinematic Universe’s “The Conqueror Kang”—had already been in a de facto acting hiatus since around March 2023, following an incident in which he assaulted his girlfriend. After agreeing to complete a counseling program, he announced his return by appearing in a new project produced by Daily Wire in March 2026.
However, according to a report by the outlet “Deadline” on April 3 (local time), filming on Majors’s new project has reportedly been halted due to a strike. The report says the strike began when, during a scene in which Majors and JC Killcoine were leaning against a second-floor window, the window came loose and both actors fell. Fortunately, the two actors did not suffer life-threatening injuries, but they were immediately taken to the hospital and had to undergo treatment for lacerations and fractures. After the safety incident occurred, complaints about the various safety problems that had been ongoing on set flared up, leading to the strike.
Also regarding the strike, Daily Wire reportedly responded by saying it would treat it as a contract violation rather than a legitimate labor action—further escalating the conflict, and making it likely that Majors’s comeback will be postponed yet again.
