Band N.Flying (N.Flying) has once again pulled off a chart rebound with its past release, ‘Flashback,’ proving the staying power of a top-tier band.
‘Flashback,’ a chart entry success in just two months As of 10 a.m. on the 6th, N.Flying recorded No. 71 on South Korea’s major music site Melon’s TOP100 chart with the album track ‘Flashback,’ featured on its first regular album released in 2021. It’s a dramatic jump achieved in about two months after falling outside the top 1,000 ranking in February. Major platforms such as Bugs, Genie Music, and YouTube Music are also placing it at the top, showcasing its formidable music-streaming power.
The third chart rebound of its career, backed by musicality Written and composed with participation from Lee Seung-hyeop and Yoo Ho-seung, ‘Flashback’ is a rock ballad that carries a sense of longing through smooth string melodies. Recently, live performance videos centered on social media have been drawing attention and spreading by word of mouth. Responding to that buzz, N.Flying was ‘forced on stage’ to appear on KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank,’ delivering a flawless live performance. With this, it completed its third chart-rebound craze following 2019’s ‘Rooftop Room’ and 2023’s ‘Blue Moon.’
Fan-meeting tour at home and abroad keeps the momentum going Along with the triumph of its chart rebound, N.Flying is stepping up its global activities. The band recently wrapped up its domestic fan meeting—held for the first time in eight years—successfully. Building on that passionate support at home, starting in April with Taipei, it plans to carry out a global fan-meeting tour across Asia, including Macau and Tokyo.
