The group IVE launches new self-produced content “Ak IVE,” capturing a friendly and upbeat vibe, and expands communication with global fans.
“Ak IVE” concept and first reveal According to Starship Entertainment, the agency of IVE (Ahn Yu-jin, Kaul, Rei, Jang Won-young, Liz, Seo Yi-seo), the group will unveil the first episode of its new self-produced content “Ak IVE (ARCH·IVE)” through the official YouTube channel at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th. “Ak IVE” is designed with a “Bap Friend” concept that makes viewers break into cheerful laughs like “Akㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ,” and it also carries a double meaning: to collect and record IVE’s many different sides step by step in an archive format. Unlike the existing series “1.2.3 IVE,” which showcased their strong planning skills and entertainment instincts, the show will set itself apart with a setting that’s more closely tied to the members’ everyday lives, delivering a differentiated appeal.
Member-planned daily-life episodes The main theme of this series is set as “Let’s do everything IVE wants to try.” Rather than completing missions assigned by the production team, the focus will be on the members’ voluntary choices and their immediate reactions. In the teaser released earlier, viewers saw how plans the members had quietly wished for in their day-to-day lives—such as an afterlife experience, visiting food spots, and going to a PC bang—are brought to life as real episodes, sparking curiosity. In natural situations like mealtimes and travel, the members’ spontaneous jokes, reactions, and chemistry will be on full display without holding back, promising a brand-new kind of fun for fans.
Global activities such as the world tour While launching the self-produced content to offer a variety of sights, IVE is also ramping up their main focus: global music activities. Recently, they successfully wrapped up their second world tour “SHOW WHAT I AM” at the Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan, proving their powerful ticket demand. Riding the momentum, they are continuing the heat of their global tour across places like Manila, Singapore, Macau, Australia, and New Zealand. And on June 24, they plan to return to Tokyo Dome to once again prove the even stronger “IVE syndrome.”
