Group BIGBANG is resuming recruitment for its official fan club as part of its 20th anniversary debut project.

Resuming official fan club recruitment after 11 years On the 18th, YG Entertainment posted a poster titled “BIGBANG OFFICIAL 6th V.I.P NOW OPEN” on its official social media and announced news of the 6th V.I.P recruitment. This is the first time BIGBANG has recruited an official fan club in about 11 years since the 5th round in 2015. The fan club joining process will begin from noon that day through the official BIGBANG community set up within the global fan platform b.stage. The released poster shows a yellow-lit “Bong-bong” (light stick) filling a packed concert venue, heightening anticipation for upcoming activities.

World tour presale perks and the completion of an integrated fan platform Those who join the fan club will receive a range of online and offline benefits, including early access to presale tickets for the world tour scheduled for August, participation in the fan club–only community, access to exclusive content, and opportunities to buy official planned merchandise (MD). In particular, since all members—G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung—have already been running individual fan communities on b.stage for their own activities, this 6th-round recruitment completes a unified fan platform structure that spans both solo and group activities.

20th anniversary debut project and kickoff of the August world tour This fan club recruitment is seen as a signal to gather fan support ahead of a large-scale global tour. Previously, BIGBANG returned successfully after taking the stage at “2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival” in the United States in April, sparking an explosive response. YG stated, “As it is a meaningful year marking BIGBANG’s 20th debut anniversary, we decided to proceed with official fan club recruitment so we can communicate even more closely with fans who have shown unwavering love over the years,” adding, “Please look forward to the 20th anniversary project that artists and fans will create together.” BIGBANG is set to kick off a large-scale world tour in August.
