



The film 〈The Intern〉, directed by Kim Do-young, has added Kim Geum-soon and Han Ji-eun to its supporting cast. Distributor Warner Bros. Korea Co., Ltd. on the 1st released character details and production stills for the two actors.
The film 〈The Intern〉 follows Ki-ho (Choi Min-sik), a senior intern with 37 years of career experience, as he joins the company run by Sun-woo (Han So-hee), the CEO of WOO22, a brand that emerged as a dark horse in the fashion industry just three years after its launch.
Kim Geum-soon, who has appeared in the drama 〈Completely Fooled〉 and the films 〈Yadang〉 and 〈Jeong-sun〉, plays Hee-sook, WOO22's in-house barista. Hee-sook is Ki-ho's only colleague his own age and a character who notices the warm inner side of workaholic CEO Sun-woo, adding a human touch to the hectic office.
In a special appearance, Han Ji-eun plays Baek Lu-da, WOO22's exclusive model. Baek Lu-da is an outspoken character who addresses Sun-woo with blunt honesty and injects energy into the film with her glamorous styling and cool demeanor. Director Kim Do-young called Han Ji-eun "an attractive actress with a distinctive energy."
Starring Choi Min-sik, Han So-hee, Kim Jun-han, Ryu Hye-young and Kim Geum-soon, 〈The Intern〉 opens in theaters Wednesday, Sept. 16.
