TVING Original ‘Street World Fighter: The Last Stage: 24H’ Premieres Sept. 12, Putting Final Choreographers to the Test

〈Street World Fighter: Director’s War〉 will bring its spectacular run to a close with 〈Street World Fighter: Director’s War - The Last Stage: 24H〉.

〈Street World Fighter: Director’s War - The Last Stage: 24H〉 is a spinoff of the Mnet original dance series 〈Street World Fighter: Director’s War〉 (hereafter 〈SWF〉) that captures the final elimination stage and its results. Unlike the original series, which focused on competition among world-class “dancers,” 〈SWF〉 put “performance directors” who plan and complete each stage front and center, creating a fresh sensation.

〈Street World Fighter: Director’s War - The Last Stage: 24H〉 focuses on a 24-hour time-attack mission in which choreographers facing elimination in the main series stake everything on one final opportunity. The key attraction is watching entirely different stages take shape as each choreographer interprets and uses the same amount of time and the same objects in a different way. The series promises to show how stages that begin under identical conditions become complete works through the choreographers’ individual styles and abilities.

The production team described 〈Street World Fighter: Director’s War - The Last Stage: 24H〉 as “content that serves as the conclusion to the main series, carrying the competition among choreographers facing elimination from the main series through its final stage and results.” The four-part series will premiere on TVING beginning with its first episode on Saturday, Sept. 12.
