'Sing Again 4' winner Lee Owook to release new single on the 7th, remaking Rocoberry hit 'Twist'

New single set for release on the 7th, featuring two tracks including self-written song 'Shooting Star'

Singer 'Lee Owook', who won JTBC's music competition program 'Sing Again 4' and earned praise as an emotive vocalist poised to carry on the tradition of classic rock ballads, is making a triumphant return. His agency, Music Farm Entertainment, said on the 5th that 'Lee Owook' will release a new single, 'Everything About You', on the 7th.

The new release features the title track of the same name alongside 'Shooting Star,' a self-written song that showcases his abilities as a singer-songwriter. The title track, 'Everything About You,' is a complete reinterpretation of an original song by hit-making production team 'Rocoberry', infused with 'Lee Owook's' distinct, rich musical color. His signature explosive vocals are added to the original song's narrative, which begins calmly, almost as if telling a story, promising listeners an intense cathartic experience.

'Shooting Star', the other track on the release, is a song that 'Lee Owook' personally led from lyrics to composition. He captures his own 20s — faint but never stripped of their sparkle — in a weighty, emotive voice, deepening the song's musical authenticity.

Music Farm said, "'Lee Owook,' who has left a lasting impression on every stage with vocals that are both rugged and delicate and with compelling storytelling, will use this album as a starting point to firmly establish himself as a fully realized solo artist." The agency expressed strong confidence in him.
