Asia tour kicks off as solo artist proves his mettle with new song performance

Jang Woo-young of 2PM will meet global fans at a solo concert on Nov. 14 and 15 at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul's Gwangjin district. JYP Entertainment announced the news on the 15th, signaling the grand opening of his Asia tour.

At the concert, Jang Woo-young is expected to showcase his solid musical ability as a solo artist by unveiling a new song he has spent a long time preparing. He is also set to perform the theme song of his personal YouTube channel, Jang Wooyoung-i, on piano, offering a richer emotional experience and more elaborate stage production that have heightened fans' anticipation.

The tour, which begins in Seoul, will extend across Asia. It will comprise four cities and a total of seven shows, beginning Dec. 25 and 26 in Hyogo, Japan, followed by Tokyo on Jan. 9 and 10 next year and Taipei, Taiwan, on March 20. The tour will once again demonstrate his formidable ticket-selling power and global influence across Asia and beyond South Korea.
