Nam Ji-hyun exits, Kim Hye-yoon joins … Who is Jang Na-ra’s new partner in returning ‘Good Partner 2’?

〈Good Partner 2〉 has announced its imminent premiere with a poster hinting at a new partner.

The drama 〈Good Partner 2〉 revealed its premiere date by releasing a teaser poster Oct. 16. The series is the follow-up season to the 2024 SBS drama of the same name, a human courtroom office drama about star attorney Cha Eun-kyung (Jang Na-ra) working alongside a fellow attorney. Following the first season, which balanced authenticity and entertainment with an actual divorce attorney, Choi Yu-na, writing the screenplay, Choi has also penned the script for the new season.

In 〈Good Partner 2〉, rookie attorney Han Yu-ri (Nam Ji-hyun), who worked alongside Cha Eun-kyung in the previous season, leaves the series, while Kim Hye-yoon joins as her new partner. The newly released poster hints at the change by showing the seat next to Cha Eun-kyung empty. The line, “Looking for a partner to join us for the second divorce show,” gives the poster the feel of a public job posting and raises questions about who will fill the role.

〈Good Partner 2〉, which sees Jang Na-ra and Pyo Ji-hoon return and welcomes Kim Hye-yoon and Park Hae-jin to the cast, will premiere Nov. 20.
