[Seong Chan-eol’s Comics] I hesitated to recommend it, but 30,000 moviegoers leaves me saying ‘Give it a try’: 「The Dangers in My Heart」

I go crazy for subculture. I check out anything with fresh stories, settings or characters — not only films but webtoons, games, comics and animation. I entered the world of fandom through comics: as an adult I read comics as e-books and webtoons on my smartphone, a self-described 'kidult.' But it's less fun alone. [Chu Sung-cheol’s Lockers] Who Spat on Leslie Cheung in “Farewell My Concubine”?

I get hooked on the objects in movies. I find myself falling into deep thought—why, of all things, did the director, cinematographer, production designer, or even an actor put that item in front of the camera? “Chu Sung-cheol’s Lockers” is a record of the film props that gently but firmly captured my attention.
A must-do itinerary on a trip to Hong Kong is Victoria Peak on Hong Kong Island. When you take the Peak Tram up, you’re treated to a stunning view: Hong Kong Island’s skyline in the foreground, with the Kowloon Peninsula stretching out far in the distance.
