Mamamoo Solar Makes Screen Debut.. Yoo Jae-myung, Moon Chae-won, Seo Young-hee, and Solar's Movie 'The Cursed' to Release on September 17

Horror Movie 〈The Cursed〉 has confirmed its release date on September 17 and revealed its cast.

The horror movie 〈The Cursed〉 tells a chilling story of people who want to possess what they cannot have in the ghost trading market 'Gwi-si' that unfolds when the fox window opens, featuring Yoo Jae-myung, Moon Chae-won, Seo Young-hee, Won Hyun-joon, Solar, Cha Sun-woo, Bae Soo-min, Seo Ji-soo, Son Joo-yeon, and directed by Hong Won-ki, a music video director and film director.

The role of 'Mi-yeon', who visits a rural village to fulfill her dream of becoming a famous writer, will be played by actress Solar, who is making her screen debut and is expected to showcase a new charm. Moon Chae-won, making her first appearance in the horror genre, will play 'Chae-won', a character obsessed with appearance, promising a dramatic transformation from rom-com queen to horror queen. Seo Ji-soo, known for her group Lovelyz, will take on the role of 'Eun-seo', who attempts a dangerous deal due to her obsession with appearance, while Seo Young-hee will play 'Hee-jin', who risks everything to send her daughter to a prestigious university by stepping into the forbidden market 'Gwi-si'. The role of 'Soo-yeon', Hee-jin's daughter, will be played by rookie actress Bae Soo-min, who is making her acting debut.

Actor Yoo Jae-myung will portray 'Dong-sik', a police officer who independently chases a mysterious kidnapper to make up for his mistakes, while actor Cha Sun-woo will play 'Yoon-geon', a rookie police officer who steps up to follow Dong-sik's reckless investigation to prove his skills. Additionally, actress Son Joo-yeon, better known as WJSN's Eun-seo, perfectly transforms into 'Eun-jin', an international student obsessed with social media views to become an influencer, adding a chilling tension. Finally, actor Won Hyun-joon will take on the role of 'Park Soo-mudang', who penetrates the world of the ghost trading market 'Gwi-si' that unfolds through the fox window, elevating the mystery of the story.
