Taeyeon Signs Contract Renewal with SM Entertainment... Continuing a 19-Year Relationship

This year marks the 19th anniversary of the debut of the girl group Girls' Generation, and member Taeyeon has once again joined hands with her current agency, SM Entertainment.

On the 9th, SM Entertainment stated, "We are pleased to once again work together based on the trust and bond we have built over a long time with our precious artist Taeyeon," and added, "We will continue to support Taeyeon in various ways so that she can shine as a global artist."

Since debuting as a member of Girls' Generation in 2007, Taeyeon has been active as the main vocalist of the representative K-POP girl group. In 2015, she also debuted as a solo artist, expanding her range of activities. Through numerous hit songs such as 'I', 'Why', 'Four Seasons', 'Spark', 'INVU', and 'To.X', she has solidified her position as a solo artist.

In December of last year, she released her first compilation album 'Panorama: The Best of TAEYEON' to celebrate her 10th anniversary as a solo artist, summarizing her musical journey so far. With this contract renewal, Taeyeon is expected to continue her new musical challenges with SM Entertainment.
