Chae Sun-hwa plays a central role in the relationships among key figures, including Jo In-sung, who is a section chief at the National Intelligence Service proposing to recruit informants, Park Gun (Park Jung-min), and Hwang Chi-sung (Park Hae-joon), as she chooses her own destiny.
