'What If We', Watch for Free... 0 Won Benefit on Coupang Play for 3 Days

With the meeting of Go Kyung-pyo and Moon Ga-young generating buzz, the movie 〈What If We〉 has surpassed 2.5 million viewers and is now available for free viewing at home.

Coupang Play announced on the morning of the 20th that it will offer the latest hit film 〈What If We〉 for '0 Won' to Wow members for three days starting from February 27.

〈What If We〉 is a traditional melodrama that tells the story of Eun-ho (played by Go Kyung-pyo) and Jung-won (played by Moon Ga-young) reuniting after 10 years of separation. Directed by Kim Do-young, who gained recognition for his delicate directing in works like 〈Kim Ji-young, Born 1982〉, the film succeeded in long-term box office success through word of mouth even among Hollywood blockbusters at its release. Notably, it set a record of surpassing 2 million viewers for the first time in the melodrama genre since 2019, ultimately attracting 2.5 million viewers and proving the strength of Korean melodramas. Along with the film's success, the inserted song 'Love is Like Spring Rain... Parting is Like Winter Rain' by Lim Hyun-jung made headlines by re-entering the music charts after 23 years.

This benefit will be available for only 72 hours from February 27 (Friday) to March 1 (Sunday). Any Coupang Wow member can enjoy the movie through the 'Coupang Club' in the Coupang Play app without any additional payment.
