ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama 〈Climax〉 released a couple poster featuring the lead actors Ju Ji-hoon and Ha Ji-won on the 26th. Set to premiere on March 16, this work depicts the story of prosecutor Bang Tae-seob, who dives into the power cartel to stand at the top of South Korea, and the survival of those surrounding him.
The released poster captures the contrasting atmospheres of Bang Tae-seob (Ju Ji-hoon) and Chu Sang-ah (Ha Ji-won). Bang Tae-seob gazes directly ahead, while Chu Sang-ah looks in the same direction but seems to be aiming for a different point, revealing the subtle relationship between the two characters. In particular, the phrase "Let's see the end we each desire, us" hints at the conflict between the two individuals bound by the name of a couple but pursuing different goals, and the flames crossing between them symbolize moments of desire and determination.
〈Climax〉 deals with the clash of interests occurring on a massive board intertwined with politics and entertainment. Bang Tae-seob and Chu Sang-ah face what they must protect and what they wish to gain in their own ways, and their relationship is expected to serve as the core axis of a narrative where emotions and calculations operate simultaneously. In addition to Ju Ji-hoon and Ha Ji-won, Nana, Oh Jung-se, and Cha Joo-young join to enhance the density of the drama.
〈Climax〉 is produced as a total of 10 episodes. It will first air on March 16 at 10 PM on ENA and will also be available for viewing on Genie TV and Disney+.
