The concert program was filled with repertoires honoring the life and spirit of challenge of the deceased. In Part 1, Sunwook Kim and Seong-jin Cho opened the performance by sitting side by side at one piano to play Schubert's 'Fantasy for Four Hands'. Following that, Yekwon Sunwoo and Yun-Chan Lim overwhelmed the audience with a duet of Rachmaninoff's 'Suite No. 2 for Two Pianos'.
In Part 2, all four pianists took the stage to present Wagner's 'Tannhäuser Overture' and Liszt's 'Hexameron' in a version for four pianos. The grand harmony created by these masters, each with their unique personalities, provided the audience with a deep resonance.
The performer and conductor, Sunwook Kim, expressed, "It was meaningful to share the weight of the deceased's life and era with the audience through music that lasts longer than words," and added, "The stage created by the trust among the four pianists will be remembered for a long time."
