Felix, a member of the group Stray Kids, and actress Jun Ji-hyun have been jointly appointed as honorary ambassadors for the 140th anniversary of Korea-France diplomatic relations. JYP Entertainment announced on the 6th that the French Embassy in Korea appointed the two as honorary ambassadors during an official press conference held on the 5th.

◆Cultural Icons Recognized for Their Global Influence

The embassy explained that Felix was chosen for his strong influence in the global music market, proving his popularity through large-scale performances across Europe, and for expanding cultural empathy between the youth of both countries with his individuality and recognition. Felix is expected to showcase the vitality of exchanges between the two countries by attending major cultural events, stating, "There are various cultural and artistic events planned in Korea this year, so I hope for much interest and participation."

◆Stray Kids' Strong Presence Shakes France

Stray Kids, to which Felix belongs, has been making remarkable strides in France. In July 2023, they became the first K-pop artist to headline 'Lollapalooza Paris', and in 2024 and 2026, they will participate in the 'Yellow Coin Collection Charity Event' hosted by the First Lady of France, spreading positive influence. Notably, in July 2025, as part of their world tour 'Dominate', they entered the massive Stade de France, drawing an overwhelming audience of 120,000, marking the largest K-pop concert in local history.

Alongside their ambassador activities, they are also ramping up their career as singers. Stray Kids will hold their sixth official fan meeting 'Stay in Our Little House' at Incheon Inspire Arena on March 28 and 29, and April 4 and 5. Notably, the performances on March 29 and April 5 will be simultaneously broadcast live online through Beyond LIVE, allowing them to share meaningful moments with global fans.
