Kim Yoo-jung and Park Jin-young Star in tvN '100 Days of Lies', a Spy Romance Set in the Japanese Occupation Era... Broadcasting in the Second Half of the Year

Actors Kim Yoo-jung, Park Jin-young, Kim Hyun-joo, Lee Moo-saeng, and Jin Sun-kyu will join forces in a spy romance drama set in the Japanese occupation era of Gyeongseong.

On the 6th, tvN announced that the new drama 〈100 Days of Lies〉 is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.

〈100 Days of Lies〉 depicts a dangerous love story blooming between the best pickpocket in Gyeongseong, who infiltrates disguised as an interpreter at the Governor-General's Office, and a newly appointed interpreter at the office, along with a heartfelt desire for independence. It plans to offer a differentiated story from existing historical dramas with its unique setting of 'interpreter'.

Kim Yoo-jung plays the role of Lee Ga-kyung, a pickpocket who becomes a spy to raise funds for her journey to America, infiltrating the Governor-General's Office under the guise of an interpreter. Park Jin-young stars as Kim Tae-woong, an elite interpreter fluent in three languages and the adopted son of the Chief of Political Affairs.

Jin Sun-kyu heightens the tension of the drama as Sato Shin-ichi, a ruthless ambitious man who will stop at nothing for success, serving as the Chief of Political Affairs at the Governor-General's Office. Kim Hyun-joo plays Yoo So-ran, a sniper who proposes a dangerous deal to Ga-kyung out of revenge against Sato Shin-ichi, while Lee Moo-saeng portrays Yoo Philip, a correspondent for an American media outlet and a member of the National Salvation Corps.

The direction is handled by Yoo In-sik, known for 〈Dr. Romantic〉 and 〈Extraordinary Attorney Woo〉, while the script is written by Ryu Bo-ri, who also penned 〈Do You Like Brahms?〉.
