BTS Gwanghwamun Comeback Performance, 7,000 Additional Standing Seats... Total of 22,000 Seats Confirmed

On the 21st, a free comeback performance by the group BTS will be held at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, with an additional 7,000 standing seats being made available, bringing the total seating capacity to over 22,000.

The agency Big Hit Music announced on the 10th that additional reservations for 'BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG' will be conducted through NOL tickets at 8 PM on the 12th.

The additional seats will be set up in a standing format, approximately 7,000 seats in total, from the south of the Sejong-daero intersection to the area near City Hall Station on Line 1 from Gwanghwamun Station on Line 5. Audience members in this area will be able to watch the performance through large LED screens installed on-site.

Big Hit Music explained, "The seating capacity was determined with the utmost consideration for on-site safety and crowd dispersal."

The organizers are also taking measures to prevent scalping and unauthorized entry. They will monitor and report illegal transfer posts online in real-time to proactively block scalping transactions, and strengthen identity verification procedures for all attendees. Additional verification procedures will be introduced in areas where scalping is expected to be active.

Big Hit Music stated, "Detailed identity verification procedures will be announced in advance on the related website to minimize on-site congestion."

BTS will make their comeback with their 5th studio album 'ARIRANG' on the 20th at 1 PM, and this Gwanghwamun performance will be broadcast live through the online video service (OTT) Netflix.
