Actor Noh Jae-won has been cast in the Netflix original series 〈Girogi〉, set to be released on the 24th, and he has teased a fresh transformation in his acting.
Netflix series 〈Girogi〉 centers on a mysterious app called 'Girogi' that grants wishes, along with the incidents surrounding it. In the drama, high school students who are suddenly told they will face unexpected death due to the app's curse will be portrayed in a tense, gripping way as they do everything they can to prevent the tragedy set in motion.
In this new project, Noh Jae-won will play 'Bangul' and deliver a standout performance. 'Bangul,' which he portrays, is a supporting character who stays by the side of the protagonist 'Hatsal' (Jeon So-ni). Bangul is witty and warm-hearted, and viewers are expected to see her romantic side, as well as the way her acting naturally connects with the children caught in the middle of the crisis.
Previously, Noh Jae-won has continued appearing in major hit projects one after another, leaving a strong impression on audiences. He has built a solid filmography by appearing consecutively in Netflix series 〈A Killer Paradox〉, 〈Morning Comes Even in a Mental Ward〉, and the globally successful hit 〈Squid Game〉 Seasons 2 and 3. In particular, in the recent Disney+ series 〈Maid in Korea〉, he perfectly brought to life the ambitious schemer 'Pyo Hak-soo,' whose true intentions were difficult to read, earning high praise from viewers.
Meanwhile, Noh Jae-won is also gearing up for the release of his next film, 〈Tazza: The Hidden Song of Belzebub〉, alongside the Netflix series 〈Girogi〉 launching on the 24th. Going forward, he is expected to continue actively pursuing acting projects.
