〈Colony〉 captivated audiences by releasing a music video created by the choreographer team, deepening the film’s lingering aftertaste.
〈Colony〉, which opened on May 21 and has now surpassed 4.7 million viewers, released a music video on June 8. In the music video, the choreographer team, which choreographed the zombies’ movements in 〈Colony〉, delivered a range of performances that captured the film’s emotions intact.
Released on June 8 via distributor 'ShoBox’s' official channel, the music video begins with movements that move on four legs, then, through updates, becomes people who stand upright on two legs, and shows dancers who combine each other’s arms and legs to move as if they were one body. Through them, 〈Colony〉’s zombie upgrade process is portrayed boldly. It also reassembles 〈Colony〉’s core with point choreographies that seem to recreate the film’s impressive moments.
The film 〈Colony〉 depicts a desperate struggle against infected people who evolve into unpredictable forms while trapped inside a building sealed off by an unidentified outbreak. Directed by Yeon Sang-ho, the film stars Jun Ji-hyun, Ku Kyo-hwan, Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hyun-bin, Kim Shin-rok, and Go Soo.
