A grand overture to complete 20 years of storytelling heralds the return of a legend
The king who reshaped the map of K-pop is back. The group 'BIGBANG' will open up additional seats for its Goyang concert, a major-world-tour kickoff celebrating its 20th debut anniversary.
YG Entertainment officially announced that it will sell limited-view seats and tickets for an unopened area for 'BIGBANG World Tour: Goyang Concert' at Goyang Sports Complex in Gyeonggi Province from the 21st through the 23rd of next month, adding them for seven days. The move comes as an emergency decision made right after the third show sold out as if seats disappeared the moment ticket sales opened.
A picketing ticket rush (ticketing that sends you into a frenzy) that allowed no even one-second hesitation proved, in full, 'BIGBANG's' steadfast box-office pull. The agency said, "To meet the fans' explosive demand, we have secured as many of the areas that had been held back and cancelled seats as possible, and we decided to open additional tickets," showing a strong commitment to breathe together with fans around the world.
This Goyang performance is more than just a concert—it is a '20th anniversary milestone' stage where they leave a notable mark on the global music scene. Starting in Goyang, the tour will visit 18 cities worldwide—including North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia—covering a total of 32 shows. Analysts are watching for an overwhelming performance and stage direction that concentrates 20 years of know-how to shake the world once again.
