Viral 'Northern Grand Duke' San joins 'Running Man' as ATEEZ star completes filming

The star of the 'Bad Challenge' joins 'Running Man' On Aug. 31, SBS variety program 〈Running Man〉 released a video on its official social media account. The video shows San, a member of K-pop group ATEEZ, dancing in an all-black outfit featuring a long coat and suit. San performed the "Bad Challenge," which has recently won widespread affection, drawing admiration from the 〈Running Man〉 cast.

A legendary episode teased with actress Han Ji-eun San earned the nickname "Northern Grand Duke" because his dependable, masculine image recalls a character archetype from romantic fantasy stories. He is set to make his first appearance on 〈Running Man〉 since 2021, promising a memorable performance. Actress Han Ji-eun, who will appear as a guest alongside him, is also set to return to 〈Running Man〉 after three years and create another legendary episode.
