Hearts2Hearts takes Japan’s ‘Catch! Teenieping’ by storm with season 4 ending song released on the 11th

K-pop and K-animation join forces to win over fans across Japan

SM Entertainment group ‘Hearts2Hearts’ is building on the success of K-animation in Japan. The agency said on the 11th that it had officially released ‘Candy Box Lover’, the original soundtrack for the Japanese version of ‘Sweet and Sour Catch! Teenieping’.

The newly released track serves as the season 4 ending theme for the popular animated series ‘Catch! Teenieping’. ‘Candy Box Lover’ is an electro-pop song that vividly captures the excitement and anticipation of opening a box of candy for the first time. Its appealing synth sounds blend with the members’ refreshing vocals, creating what is expected to be a strong impression on viewers in Japan.

‘Hearts2Hearts’, which has accelerated its global activities through the OST project, will also take the stage at a major live event. The group is part of the lineup for ‘Tobu Railway Presents ANIMAX MUSIX 2026 Supported by Lemino Day 2,’ a major anime music festival taking place in Yokohama, Japan, on the 21st of next month. The group plans to strengthen its position as a next-generation global artist by delivering a live performance directly to fans in Japan.
