Netflix Confirms Jang Jin, Park Ji-yoon, Jang Dong-min, Kim Ji-hun and An Yujin for ‘Crime Scene Zero’ Season 2 as the Legendary Five Return

Netflix’s 〈Crime Scene Zero Season 2〉 (directed by Yun Hyun-joon and Kim Gyu-ri) has announced the return of its legendary players. On the 20th, Netflix confirmed that Jang Jin, Park Ji-yoon, Jang Dong-min, Kim Ji-hun and An Yujin will appear and said production on the new season is underway. Studio Slam is producing the show.

〈Crime Scene Zero〉 is a role-playing mystery game show in which players take on the roles of suspects and detectives to uncover the killer hiding among them. After Season 1, released on Netflix last year, earned praise for its focus on the heart of each case and its intricate tricks, Season 2 reunites the five veterans who have defined the series. A special guest will join each episode to heighten the thrill of deduction.

Director Jang Jin, known for his sharp insight and seasoned acting, will reunite with Park Ji-yoon, whose distinctive role-playing has been a fixture of every episode across all previous seasons, and Jang Dong-min, whose keen eye and quick thinking can change the course of a case. Kim Ji-hun, who drives twists through sophisticated mind games and meticulous acting, and An Yujin, who has stood out for her diligent searches and keen instincts, round out a lineup poised to show seamless chemistry.

Director Yun Hyun-joon said, "I’m delighted to work again with the five players best able to understand and bring the world of 〈Crime Scene〉 to life." He added, "Please also look forward to the outstanding guests who will join them."

Netflix’s 〈Crime Scene Zero Season 2〉 will return with even more ingenious tricks and a larger scale. It is scheduled for a worldwide release on Netflix in 2027.
