The winner of the 77th Cannes International Film Festival’s Attention-Grabbing Views Jury Award and Best Actor award—set for a June 17 release—held a premiere screening and CineTalk GV on June 14.
Professor Jeong Il-young, who earned a Ph.D. in Linguistics from Paris’ 8th University, spotlighted refugee issues in the film, including illegal stay and asylum review in France.
With Park Hye-eun, editor at The Screen, leading the session, the event left audiences with weighty questions and lingering thoughts, building anticipation ahead of the release.
