Ma Dong-seok Returns as an Angel! Disney+ Series 'Twelve' Premieres on August 23

Ma Dong-seok is back. The Korean-style action hero series 〈Twelve〉 will be released on Disney+ on August 23. Inspired by the 12 zodiac signs of the East, the series 〈Twelve〉 depicts the battle of 12 angels who live in human form to protect humanity against the forces of evil.

Ma Dong-seok's character 'Taesan' and the angels, along with their manager Marok (Sung Dong-il), have quietly lived in human form for a long time, but as the sealed evil power awakens, they will face an unavoidable clash with villains trying to turn the world into hell. Other cast members are also drawing attention. In addition to Taesan and Marok, the angels with characteristics of the 12 zodiac animals, Wonseung (Seo In-guk), Mir (Lee Joo-bin), Doni (Ko Gyu-pil), Kangji (Kang Mina), Juidol (Sung Yu-bin), Malsook (Ahn Ji-hye), and Bangul (Regina Ray) showcase their diverse abilities. Meanwhile, curiosity about the villain role played by Park Hyungsik is also growing. 〈Twelve〉 is set to premiere on August 23 (Saturday) on Disney+ and will be simultaneously aired on KBS 2TV's weekend mini-series, meeting global viewers.
