Actors Jung Doo-hong and Choi Soo-young are set to make a mark on global audiences.

The film 〈Ballerina〉, part of the 'John Wick Universe', tells the story of Eve (Ana de Armas), who grows into a killer within the assassin organization Ruska Roma, as she seeks the truth for her father's revenge and encounters the legendary killer John Wick (Keanu Reeves).

This work features Korean actors Jung Doo-hong and Choi Soo-young. Jung Doo-hong plays the role of 'Il-seong', hinting at an intense confrontation with Ana de Armas. Jung Doo-hong mentioned that director Chad Stahelski had offered him a role during 〈John Wick 3: Parabellum〉, which allowed him to join in this 〈Ballerina〉 as well. He also added, "The idea came up to incorporate Taekwondo-style action to highlight the Korean martial arts style," raising expectations.

Choi Soo-young plays the role of 'Katla Park', serving as Eve's first mission protection target. He expressed that he was strongly drawn to the story when he first read the script, emphasizing that his character plays a crucial moment in Eve's journey. Choi Soo-young also shared about Ana de Armas, saying, "Ana is really a good person. She made me feel like I was part of this team," revealing the bond as teammates.

〈Ballerina〉 is preparing to meet Korean audiences in theaters starting August 6.
