
Park Jin-young, a member of the group GOT7 and an actor, has been reported to be cast in tvN's new drama '100 Days of Lies'. According to multiple media outlets, Park Jin-young will star as the male lead in the new weekend drama '100 Days of Lies', which is set to air in the first half of next year. '100 Days of Lies' is a period drama that tells the story of the best pickpocket in Gyeongseong who disguises himself as an employee of the Governor-General of Korea through a deal with the independence army, and he is expected to co-star with actress Kim Yoo-jung. This project is a collaboration between director Yoo In-sik, known for 'Romantic Doctor Kim Sa-bu' and 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo', and writer Ryu Bo-ri, who has penned works like 'Do You Like Brahms?' and 'Trolley'.

Park Jin-young, who first debuted as an actor in the 2012 KBS2 drama 'Dream High 2', began his full-fledged entertainment activities as a member of GOT7 a few months later. Since then, he has consistently balanced his singing and acting careers through works like 'The Devil Judge' and 'Yumi's Cells', and he has recently gained great popularity with the movie 'High Five' as well as the tvN drama 'Unknown Seoul' in the role of 'Lee Ho-soo'. He is currently filming his next project 'Shining', with '100 Days of Lies' set to air next year.
