Sung Si-kyung and Moon Ga-young Confirmed as MCs for the Golden Disc Awards

Sung Si-kyung and Moon Ga-young are returning as MCs for the 'Golden Disc Awards'.

The Golden Disc Awards, celebrating its 40th edition in 2026, announced the MCs for the 40th Golden Disc Awards on September 11. The organizing company HLL stated, "Sung Si-kyung and Moon Ga-young will serve as MCs for the '40th Golden Disc Awards' to be held at Taipei Dome on January 10, 2026."

Sung Si-kyung and Moon Ga-young previously teamed up for the 39th Golden Disc Awards. At that time, they were joined by Cha Eun-woo in a three-person MC system, but it seems that the three-person MC system was not realized due to Cha Eun-woo's enlistment. However, with Sung Si-kyung, who has been hosting the Golden Disc Awards for 10 years, and Moon Ga-young, who joined in the 39th edition, their chemistry is expected to continue naturally in this year's Golden Disc Awards.
