The film 〈Love in Vietnam〉 is the second Bollywood movie to be released after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, produced as a collaboration between India and Vietnam. The production news of 〈Love in Vietnam〉 was announced at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. The film delicately captures the love, sacrifice, and emotional bonds that transcend cultural boundaries between Indian and Vietnamese youths who meet by chance against the backdrop of Vietnam's beautiful scenery.

Based on the steady seller 「The Madonna in the Fur Coat」 by Turkish author Sabahattin Ali, who has been passionately loved in Europe since the 1950s, 〈Love in Vietnam〉 is completed with Bollywood's unique musical elements. Since its release in September, not only in India but worldwide, it has received media acclaim such as “soft and soulful, a new charm of Bollywood” (Business World), “a new Bollywood movie completed with eye-catching visuals and fresh casting” (The Times of India), and “a romance film that everyone can relate to. It heralds the revival of the genre” (CBFC), garnering enthusiastic support from global audiences.

In China, 〈Love in Vietnam〉 has secured 10,000 screens and is receiving enthusiastic support from Chinese audiences. It is noteworthy that famous Indian singers participated in the OST, and Korean singer-songwriter Park Si-a is also involved. Rahat Kazmi Films Studios has reportedly cast Park Si-a as the lead in their next project, aiming for submission to the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, raising expectations. Ahead of the release of 〈Love in Vietnam〉 in South Korea, a premiere screening will take place in November. The premiere will be attended by a total of 21 people, including Rahat Kazmi, the chairman of the production company Rahat Kazmi Films Studios, who is also the director and screenwriter of the film, along with the cast and crew, to meet directly with Korean audiences.

DreamFact Entertainment, which signed a domestic distribution contract for 〈Love in Vietnam〉 in partnership with Rahat Kazmi Films Studios, stated that this release will “open a new chapter in film exchange between India and South Korea, serving as a starting point to leave deep inspiration for audiences through diverse works.” The release of 〈Love in Vietnam〉 in South Korea is expected to connect different cultures beyond simple screenings, forming a cross-border empathy and enabling global solidarity. DreamFact Entertainment emphasized that “film is the most universal means to form bonds among diverse people in the global era,” and is preparing to present not only 〈Love in Vietnam〉 but also more Bollywood works to domestic audiences, having established a strategic partnership for the distribution of Korean films in India.
