Moreover, 〈Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle〉 managed to gather 300 million yuan in just 3 days despite a somewhat late release in China. 300 million yuan is approximately 61.4 billion won.
〈Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle〉 is a theatrical animation that captures the climax of the same-named animation, and it is set to be produced as a trilogy starting with this film. The animation depicts the conflict between blood demons that eat humans and the Demon Slayer Corps that stops them, featuring the protagonist Tanjiro and the members of the Demon Slayer Corps as they confront the blood demon leader Muzan and his direct subordinates. In South Korea, it was released on August 22 and surpassed 5.6 million viewers, ranking first in box office earnings for Japanese animations released in Korea.
