According to the list of winners posted on the official Japan Record Awards website on the 21st, artists under HYBE Labels swept the major categories.

ILLIT Honored with 'Excellent Work Award' for Two Consecutive Years

Girl group ILLIT won the Excellent Work Award with their Japanese song 'Almond Chocolate' released in February this year. The Excellent Work Award selects 10 songs released in the year that demonstrate outstanding artistry, originality, and planning, and these 10 songs will also be nominated for the Award (Record Award) to be announced on December 30.

Following their win of the Rookie Award at last year's Japan Record Awards, ILLIT has now achieved the honor of winning for two consecutive years. This is considered an extraordinary achievement for a rookie K-pop group.
