CGV announced on the 17th that it will hold a special exhibition highlighting the works of American independent film master Jim Jarmusch from the 24th to the 6th of next month at CGV Art House nationwide.

The '2025 Jim Jarmusch Retrospective: Jim Jarmusch's Times' is a special exhibition organized to celebrate the release of the new film 〈Father, Mother, Sister, Brother〉, screening a total of 8 films including his debut film 〈Permanent Vacation〉, 〈Stranger Than Paradise〉, 〈Down by Law〉, 〈Mystery Train〉, 〈Night on Earth〉, 〈Dead Man〉, 〈Coffee and Cigarettes〉, and 〈Father, Mother, Sister, Brother〉.

Meanwhile, 〈Father, Mother, Sister, Brother〉, which will be released on the 31st, delicately and elegantly portrays the story of three families who have grown distant as far as the streets, reuniting after a long time, set against the backdrop of the northeastern United States, Dublin, Ireland, and Paris, France. The film won the Golden Lion, the top prize at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival.

CGV is also holding an event where customers who watch the '2025 Jim Jarmusch Retrospective: Jim Jarmusch's Times' will receive A3 posters for each film on a first-come, first-served basis. Details regarding reservations and the event can be checked later through the CGV mobile app and website.
