'Imjang' Lim Seong-geun, the chef, has come under controversy after confessing to his DUI offenses.

On January 18, Lim Seong-geun posted a video titled 'Food and Alcohol' on his YouTube channel 'Lim Seong-geun ImjangTV'. In the video, he prepared a dish and shared it with the PD while chatting. In the video, Lim Seong-geun revealed that he has been caught driving under the influence a total of 3 times over the past 10 years, resulting in his license being revoked.

The issue lies in his description of the three offenses as a 'mistake' and his confession of DUI while drinking, which has led to significant criticism. While some viewers reacted positively, calling it an "honest confession," the majority expressed negative sentiments, stating, "Getting caught 3 times means he has done it hundreds of times" and "Is it appropriate to talk about DUI while drinking?" Particularly, he had recently produced a video sponsored by a well-known alcohol brand, which has further fueled viewer discomfort.

Currently, Lim Seong-geun was scheduled to appear on entertainment programs 〈All-Seeing Perspective〉, 〈Knowing Bros〉, and 〈What Do You Do When You Play?〉, but the editing of the filmed 〈All-Seeing Perspective〉 is under discussion, and the other two programs are reconsidering his participation.
