Comic 'Atta Mamma' Hongdae Popup Cafe Opens on the 19th... Author Keira Eiko Expected to Visit

The popular Japanese family comic 〈Atta Mamma〉 is opening a popup cafe near Hongdae in Seoul, allowing domestic fans to meet offline.

The comic content specialist Daewon C.I. announced that from the 19th, they will operate a collaboration cafe with 〈Atta Mamma〉 at the cafe 'Bion Annex' located near Hongdae Station in Mapo, Seoul. This cafe is designed with the concept of the Atta Mamma family's home and will sell various products, including original goods that are being revealed for the first time.

In particular, to celebrate the opening of this popup, the original author Keira Eiko is also expected to visit the site.

〈Atta Mamma〉 is a long-running popular comic serialized in the Yomiuri Shimbun in Japan since 1994, depicting the humorous daily life of a family of four consisting of a seemingly tough but cute mom, a patriarchal yet soft-hearted dad, a dream-filled daughter Ari, and a shy son Dongdong, and has been loved by readers for a long time.
