Coupang Play Reveals 2026 Lineup... Kim Hye-soo, Bae Doo-na, Kim Hee-ae, Cha Seung-won, Son Heung-min All in Attendance

Top domestic stars such as actors Kim Hye-soo, Kim Hee-ae, and Bae Doo-na will appear in original new works, along with various variety shows and sports broadcasts, all of which will be revealed through Coupang Play this year.

Coupang Play officially announced the entire lineup of dramas, variety shows, and sports content to be showcased throughout 2026 on the 19th.

In the drama section, the spotlight is on 〈Infidelity is Not the Problem Now〉, starring Kim Hye-soo and Jo Yeo-jung. This work, produced by Hwang Dong-hyuk, the director of the 〈Squid Game〉 series, tells the story of an influencer couple who have sold the image of a happy family and a neighboring doctor couple embroiled in a divorce lawsuit, leading to a series of unexpected events.

The record-breaking opening hit of Coupang Play, 〈Family Matters〉, returns for Season 2. It depicts the process of a brain hacker mom, Yeong-soo (played by Bae Doo-na), who can edit memories at will, teaming up with her family with special abilities to take revenge on villains.

The popular series 〈Boyhood〉, which depicted the coming-of-age story of Jang Byeong-tae (Im Si-wan), a high school student from Chungcheong-do in the late 1980s, is also returning for Season 2, moving the setting from an agricultural high school to a fisheries high school, promising new laughs.

In the variety section, the special combination of actors Kim Hee-ae and Cha Seung-won is highly anticipated. The upcoming 〈Bonjour Bakery〉, set to be released in May, is a healing variety show where the two actors transform into pastry chefs and run a 'senior dessert cafe' in a rural village, sharing warm moments with local seniors.

Kang Ho-dong will showcase a new side as a bookstore owner with a big voice but a soft heart in 〈Gang Ho-dong's Bookstore〉, which will air in March, engaging in honest conversations with customers.

The real survival show 〈Next Legend〉, where next-generation soccer prospects compete for opportunities abroad, is also included in the lineup, with Gareth Bale and Lee Young-pyo joining as mentors.

The office comedy 〈Office Workers〉, set in a small advertising company, returns upgraded for Season 3.

Among overseas series, the HBO original 〈Euphoria〉, starring Zendaya, is set to be released in April for Season 3, along with 〈The Pitt〉 Season 2 and the prequel to 〈Game of Thrones〉, 〈A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms〉, which will be released sequentially.

In terms of sports broadcasts, all matches of LAFC, where Son Heung-min plays, will be live-streamed, and a solid lineup has been established for sports fans, covering everything from the NBA regular season to the All-Star Game and Finals.
