Ticket reservations for the performance commemorating the comeback of the group BTS's fifth studio album will begin on the 23rd.
On the 20th, BTS revealed detailed information regarding ticket reservations for the 〈BTS Comeback Live: Arirang〉 (BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE: ARIRANG) to be held at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul at 8 PM on March 21 through the fan platform Weverse. Ticket reservations will be available for free starting at 8 PM on the 23rd through NOL tickets.
The seats available for reservation include standing seats located on the far right facing the main stage and designated seats arranged from the back to the front of the statue of General Yi Sun-sin. The standing area surrounding the protruding stage will be provided to 2,000 individuals who applied for the event among those who pre-purchased the fifth album 'Arirang', with a total of approximately 15,000 seats combining standing and designated seating.
Reservations are limited to one ticket per person, and a separate ticket reservation fee must be paid. The designated seating area may have restricted views due to stage production and safety structures, and audience members in that area can watch the performance on large screens installed on-site.

'BTS Comeback Live: Arirang' is a free concert held the day after the release of the fifth studio album. BTS is planning a route that starts from inside Gyeongbokgung Palace, passes through Gwanghwamun and the Woldae, and arrives at the stage set up in the northern part of Gwanghwamun Square, where they will showcase various performances including new songs for about an hour.
To ensure smooth progress and safety management on the day of the performance, traffic around the square will be controlled, and nearby subway stations may pass without stopping depending on congestion. Fans who cannot attend in person will be able to watch live through Netflix.
The police predict that crowds will gather, with up to 230,000 people around the performance stage to Deoksugung Daehanmun and up to 260,000 people to Sungnyemun. The organizers are also reportedly discussing plans to install large screens near Seoul Plaza to allow more audience members to enjoy the performance.
