A Passionate Letter to the Pillar of Korean Cinema... The Sincere Feelings of Masters and Juniors Gathered at the 'Ahn Sung-ki Special Exhibition'

The Ahn Sung-ki Special Exhibition 〈21st Century Ahn Sung-ki〉 hosted by Picture House is being held with the participation of film industry professionals and the response of audiences. This exhibition screens major works featuring actor Ahn Sung-ki, and at each event, filmmakers including directors and actors attend to discuss the works.

Major events held so far have seen a large attendance from figures in the film industry. At the 〈The Makeup〉 screening, director Im Kwon-taek and actress Kim Gyu-ri met with the audience, while at the 〈Broken Arrow〉 GV, Myung Film's Shim Jae-myung and actor Park Won-sang were present. Additionally, at the 〈In the Name of the Son〉 GV, director Lee Jeong-guk and actors Yoon Yoo-sun and Lee Se-eun attended, and director Shin Yeon-sik participated in the screening of 〈Cassiopeia〉 to engage with the audience.

The film 〈Paper Flower〉 GV scheduled for the 27th (Friday) is showing the fastest ticket sales during the exhibition and is approaching a complete sell-out. The event will feature actor Yoo-jin, director Ko Hoon, and producer Choi Seon-joong. A representative from Picture House stated, "The audience response to the GVs and stage greetings has been positive," and added, "We will ensure that audiences can experience Ahn Sung-ki's cinematic world during the remaining schedule."

This special exhibition, which includes screenings of Ahn Sung-ki's works, photo exhibitions, and GV programs, will be held at Picture House located on Apgujeong-ro in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, until March 5.
