

The Asian Prince Lee Kwang-soo's survival journey in a strange foreign land has been revealed.
The film 〈I Alone: Prince〉, which reunites director Kim Sung-hoon, who mobilized 7.81 million viewers with 〈Confidential Assignment〉, and actor Lee Kwang-soo after 12 years, was released on Disney+ on the 18th. 〈I Alone: Prince〉 is a survival comedy romance depicting the embarrassing events and unexpected connections that superstar Kang Jun-woo (Lee Kwang-soo) experiences after losing his manager, passport, and money overnight, ending up on the streets. Lee Kwang-soo showcases his unique comedic flair as he resolves meals with pho at local eateries or wanders the streets holding a watermelon juice while setting aside the persona of a top star.
This work is especially significant as it marks the 12-year reunion of director Kim Sung-hoon and Lee Kwang-soo since 〈My Little Hero〉. The synergy they have built over a long period enhances the delicate emotions of the characters and their delightful energy. In addition to this, the thrilling romance with Tao (Hwang Ha), whom he meets in a foreign land, and the bickering chemistry with his best friend and manager Jung Han-cheol (Eum Moon-seok) adds to the enjoyment of the plot. The glamorous supporting cast also catches the eye, as talented actors like Jo Woo-jin, Yoo Jae-myung, Kang Ha-neul, and Yoo Sun join in, enriching the layers of the story with their distinct charms.
