The drama 〈Scarecrow〉 has released its main trailer, heightening viewers’ anticipation.

ENA’s drama 〈Scarecrow〉 shows what happens when Detective Kang Tae-joo (Park Hae-soo) and Prosecutor Cha Si-young (Lee Hee-jun)—classmates in name, but with opposing roles—reunite while hunting a serial killer. Expectations are already high for the chemistry between Park Hae-soo and Lee Hee-jun, who captivate audiences regardless of the roles they take on, as well as Kwak Sun-young, who plays reporter Seo Ji-won.

The main trailer for 〈Scarecrow〉, released on April 2, hints that the story centers on a certain figure connecting 2019 and 1988, and it delivers a tense, razor-edge cat-and-mouse standoff between Kang Tae-joo and Cha Si-young from that time. As the two people—each determined to catch the serial killer—find themselves moving in different directions, scenes in which Seo Ji-won becomes the bait add another jolt to the drama’s pulse-pounding tension.

〈Scarecrow〉 is available on Genie TV and TVING, starting with its first broadcast on Monday, April 20.
